Why we made it.

We are Tom and Rieko Vining, and we live between London and Japan. We have followed Banksy’s work for years, mostly on foot.

Every auction house publishes its results, so what Banksy’s prints sell for is public. What we couldn’t find was one record that brought it all together and was kept up to date. So we built one from those public records, put our own valuation model on top of it, and add each month’s results as the houses publish them.

We don’t buy or sell art. Every value is made the same way, from public auction results only, and the whole method is published. If we ever work with anyone in a sale, we will say so plainly wherever it applies. Your Collection stays in your own browser.
